  • I would combine the apples with seasonal squashes like butternut and pumpkin and dried fruits and nuts using the walnut oil in a dressing! (Modified Waldorf salad) And I would use the EVOO for some fall salads! YUM!!😃🍠🍇🍐🍊🍠🍎🍈🍍
